Robust System
Bay Machinery’s PreFeeders are engineered with an emphasis on durability, safety, speed, and accuracy to improve efficiency in a multipurpose production process plant. Constructed utilizing heavy-duty steel frames and rollers with oversized drives and electric lift systems, the Bay PreFeeders are capable of handling heavy loads making them well-suited for demanding applications. All PLCs (Programmable Logic Controller) are hard-wired to ensure reliability while providing precise control for various processes. Safety is paramount. To enhance operator safety and prevent crucial accidental operation, the Bay PreFeeder includes interface contacts that provide functions such as conveyor release, E-stop (emergency stop), and open inhibit, as well as lift lockout pins and safety legs.
